Sometime in June

I am arguing with Uncle Rich. He is being very stubborn. We are in a very crowded house. A narrow walkway. People related to Suzette and Sharon are here.

---------------------------

I am in a store picking between two cookies. They are both thin mint style. One is $2.99 and the other is $.99. I wonder what the difference could be. The lights go down and it is understood that an older female I know will be carrying out some sort of hunting. I remind her that I have done nothing to her. She sneaks me out the back door. I am on a busy street. I am overwhelmed. I realize I got the cookies for free. At the party, Nadra says, “You don’t even  like those (cookies)!” I do not correct her, because I do like them. I reach into the bottom of a fridge for a soda can.

Aliens & Animals

102_1451

We are outside. It is a beautiful day. Sun shining. I am near some sort of fenced lot when the animals begin to roam. They have escaped. They are huge and attacking what seems like everything in sight. As I escape east, an animal tracks me down so I hold very still. I breath deeply. The animal passes. I make it back to the dorms where I find myself in a room that is not mine. I am only wearing a sort dress so I peruse the closet. It is filled with retro clothing maybe from eh seventies. I try on a mauve, long-sleeved button up shirt. I know I’ll need some sort of cold protection. I take the shirt and see that there is a dog in the room. I fear it is one of the wild alien animals and continue to treat it as such, however it doesn’t seem to pose any threat. I take a shower, hoping the dog will leave me alone. It just jumps in. Brian joins me (I am in room 19). We start to make love but hear a jeep

pull up outside of our window. The jeep crew, some of whom we may or may not know, offer to take us to a refuge. However we cannot tell the leaders “what we’ve done” or we will be negatively judged. I think we refuse. Now we are in Brian's car driving north with a few companions. On a busy street we see through a foggy sky, a fleet of quick-moving space ships do twisty, curvy maneuvers. They are blasting some announcement over their communication system. Brian and I are making fun of the address because it seems very obvious. Everything they say seems obvious. All of a sudden a blanket of snow and ice is on all you can see. We panic a bit and start looking for any extra clothing we can pile on. I still am wearing a short dress and the shirt from someone's retro closet. 102_1450 I spy a hat, one of those kind with fur on he inside. A girl we are with grabs it first but soon I spy another similar to it. After driving for a bit we realize that there is no more snow. We reach a mountain. The road to it, you can spot all sorts of perversely large animals. A result of the “Recent Panic”. We traverse a rocky path alongside the mountain. Inlaid eye level in the mountain side are short, wide windows. I look inside and see a classroom laboratory. The people inside don’t seem to be concerned about the “Recent Panic”.

I am at Suzette and Kenny’s house. I enter the basement through the sliding glass doors. Kenny is sleeping on the couch. As I go upstairs I am thinking about the safety of Maya and Mom. 102_1452 Suzette assures me they are safe. There is a black man smiling at me sitting on the couch. Sharon appears to be very frail. I tell Suzette i plan on walking back, but she insists on giving me a ride.

Twin Sisters

One:
I was stuck in the stream. I know a waterfall is near. We are in the river. Near shore we find an escape. We find it difficult to get onto the ledge. My accomplice grabs onto the edge and uses me as leverage.

Two:
Entering my apartment in Twisted City. I am walking down the back alley entrance. As I approach I see a brunette woman at the steps of my back door. She is in her forties or fifties, curly hair and olive skin. She is sorting and stacking a tray of something. Whatever they are, they are smaller than her palm and sparkly. A flower shape comes to mind. She turns to me bent over and says, “Obviously I'm breaking into your house.” I smile at her and pass the whole thing off as if she were telling a funny joke. I edge past her and see the silver tray of colorful items. In my small apartment I make my way to the front door. I exit and find myself in another alley. It is a dead end. Two girls and their mother reside here. They want to play with me. Their mother tells me they are the most powerful psychics in the world.
